All pupils referred for additional support are considered by the Inclusion Support Panel. This panel is made up of members of the Inclusion Team and is overseen by the Headteacher. The panel reviews each referral and determines the most appropriate support for the child’s needs. The Inclusion Support Panel considers documentation provided by parents alongside evidence gathered by the school. This includes assessments, observations, and pupil voice, as well as input from the class teacher and other relevant staff. All of this information is carefully reviewed to ensure decisions are informed, balanced, and focused on meeting the child’s individual needs.
