Art Week 28th July 2021

We were lucky enough to have 2 artists visit us during our whole school art week, Ben (draw my town) and  Eve. Ben worked with years 4 and 5, teaching them how to use digital art to create their own characters. The children used an app called 'paper', on the ipads, to design their own cartoons, which will then be made into a large collaborative piece. 

Eve, who specialises in Eco-art, worked with years 2 and 3. The year 2 children had been learning about the Statue of Liberty so made crowns using collage. Year 3 made their own Eiffel Tower models out of recycled materials. ​You can see some photos of our visits below.
